    How It Works


     

    1. Customer provides referral info (Name, Phone Number, Property Address, and optionally, Email)

    2. B&L books inspection

    3. Referral signs contract

    4. Job is completed & reward is paid 7-14 business days later

    Terms & Conditions

    1. Program Overview: The B&L Roofing Referral Program rewards eligible customers for referring new roofing clients. Participateion constitutes full agreement to these terms.
    2. Eligibility
      • Referrer must be a current or past B&L Roofing customer
      • Must be 18 years of age or older
      • Referrals must be new customers (no prior contact within 12 months)
      • Property must be located in Colorado
    3. Qualified Referral:
      • A referral qualifies when the following are submitted before company contact:
        • Name
        • Phone Number
        • Property Address
      •  Reward elgibility requirements:
        • Inspection Completed
        • Contract signed
        • Job completed and paid
    4. Referral rewards: Choose one per completed roof
      • $250 cash / Gift Card
      • $500 Credit toward future services
    5. Referred customer incentives: Referred customers may only receive one of the following for free:
      • $500 off new roof
      • Free gutter cleaning and inspection
      • Free upgrade (IR Shingle, Ridge Vent, Ice and Water Shield)
    6. Tier rewards and Grand Prize: See above for tier rewards. Grand prize qualification:
      • 10-20 completed roofs in 12 months
      • Minimum 15-20 squares per job
      • New customers only
    7. Payment and Taxes: Rewards over $600 may be reported via 1099-NEC. Recipients are responsible for all applicable taxes.
    8. Program rules:
      • No self-referrals
      • No duplicate submissions
      • First referral received takes priority
      • Fraudulent or misleading entries will be disqualified
    9. Legal: This program is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, including the Colorado Consumer Protection Act (C.R.S. § 6-1-101 et seq.). B&L Roofing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time at its sole discretion
    10. Acceptance: Submission of a referral constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of theses Terms & Conditions.
